Intellectual property
Written briefs, worksheets, and methods prepared by Portalspring remain our intellectual property until and unless an engagement letter assigns specific deliverables to you for internal use. You may not resell our briefs as a product or publish them without written consent. You retain ownership of your underlying analytics data and listing content.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse this website to attempt unauthorised access, scrape beyond ordinary browsing, submit malicious content through forms, or misrepresent your affiliation with Portalspring.
Liability
