Data we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional app name, selected review type, and message content
- Email & phone: correspondence you initiate
- Engagement data: analytics exports and access credentials you provide for a review (treated as confidential client materials)
- Technical logs: basic server logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps
- Cookies: see our Cookies page
We do not ask for identity card numbers, payment card details, or sensitive medical data through the website form.
Purposes
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, perform contracted reviews, issue invoices, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations. Analytics materials you supply are used only to deliver the agreed engagement.
Retention
- Inquiry messages: up to 24 months after the last correspondence, unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or dispute
- Engagement workpapers: retained for up to 36 months after project close, then deleted or anonymised unless you request earlier deletion and no legal hold applies
- Server logs: typically 90 days
Your rights
Subject to Malaysian personal data law, you may request access, correction, or limitation of processing, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise rights, email info@portalspring.click. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
International transfers
We primarily store and process data in Malaysia. If a sub-processor or collaboration requires transfer outside Malaysia, we will take reasonable contractual and organisational steps appropriate to the risk and inform enterprise clients in the engagement letter where material.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with professional advisers, hosting providers under contract, or authorities when required by law. Client analytics exports are not used for unrelated marketing.
Children
This site and our services are directed at business and professional clients, not children.
