Pricing follows the depth of the analytics reading, not a software seat count. Figures below are starting points in Malaysian Ringgit.
How we price
Most work is scoped after a short call: which real estate search app, which market, and whether we are reading one product or buy-and-rent twins. You receive a written estimate before any access checklist begins. There is no checkout on this site; rates are informational.

What moves an estimate
- Dual markets (e.g. Penang + Klang Valley) inside one review
- Incomplete event tracking that needs a preparatory mapping workshop
- On-site facilitation outside Penang (travel billed at cost)
- Rush delivery inside seven business days (subject to calendar)
Deposits
Reviews and diagnostics usually require a 40% deposit to reserve the analysis window. Walkthrough sessions take a 30% deposit to hold the date. Monthly briefings invoice in advance of each month.
What we do not sell
Subscriptions to an analytics product, white-label dashboards, or per-seat licences. If you need software, we will say so and point you elsewhere rather than stretch a review into a pretend platform.
